Dazed, adidas and Gucci celebrated the launch of the new adidas x Gucci collection with the House of Originals Sports Club, an all-day event open to the public and an exclusive party, taking over Peckham Liberal Club in South London.

Across the day, the House of Originals Sports Club was home to a public event that celebrated the intersection of sport, style and music featuring a sound stage curated by Recess; live performances from Wet Leg and Flowerovlove; in-conversations between football legend Ian Wright and SEASON zine founder Felicia Pennant, and also between activist Tanya Compas and gal-dem’s Kemi Alemoru; a community photo studio run by photographer Ronan Mckenzie; a games room hosted by English snooker champion Peter Devlin; a bingo hall takeover hosted by star stylist Harry Lambert, Bunny Kinney, Emma Davidson and the inimitable Miss Jason, and a pop-up cafe run by Larry’s of Peckham, reaching a climax in the the evening with a special guest live performance from Nile Rodgers & Chic alongside DJ sets from Romy, HAAi and Manara.

Set design and creative direction cues at Peckham Liberal Club looked to pay homage to the collection and the venue’s original heritage, featuring 70s printed wallpaper, wood-panelled walls decorated with gold foil curtains, vinyl flooring and creative flourishes printed in the signature adidas x Gucci print.
