Celebrating the launch of a limited edition version of Maison Margiela’s iconic shoe
Dazed and Maison Margiela commissioned three artists whose work focuses on turning unused objects into art, to reimagine the fashion house’s latest limited edition shoe: the Recicla Tabi boot. Ying Chang, Alexandra Sipa, and art collective Pattern Chineso each turned the iconic style into something new, based on the product’s ethos of ‘recycling and upcycling’, further cementing the Tabi’s status as a cultural phenomenon.
